| Restaurant Management Applicants must have proven success at developing a restaurant business and a comprehensive understanding of management functions to optimise profitability and effectively control operating costs. Applicants should also have a minimum of 3 years (depending on position) restaurant manager experience in a high turnover environment with annual net sales in excess of £1m. A commitment to maintaining high standards in customer service and food quality is also essential, as well as an ability to demonstrate 'fanatical' attention to detail. Applicants must also understand, and be committed to, people development and training whilst taking a high profile visible approach to managing the restaurant.

| Head & Senior Chefs You will be a competent individual with strong all round skills allowing you to work both independently and as part of a team. A minimum level of experience is essential and will depend on the role. Candidates should also have a sound understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. They must also be well presented and have a stable CV with good references. Flexibility is key for this position as is a desire to succeed in your chosen profession. |
